The Buchanan Family

The Buchanan family came to us from North Carolina. They wanted Autumn portraits in the mountains of Kentucky. We scheduled their session and crossed our fingers for good weather. As Murphy's Law would have it, the day of their session was the only day that it had rained in weeks. And it didn't just sprinkle...it rained!

We had a last minute change of plans and did a family session in the studio. At first, the kids were a bit camera shy and didn't want to model at all! :) After a few minutes and some snacks, they opened up and we got some beautiful portraits!
